Last night was another LATE night for me. Audriana had a few friends over for another backyard bonfire. Our place is certainly turning into the popular gathering place for teens lately. I love that! Only this one was better than the last one, because it started at 5pm and Rich treated them all to a carne asada BBQ. Then when it got dark, they all gathered around the fire and talked about whatever it is that 16 and 17 year old talk about. They were out there for hours. Here’s the group shot:
They are a good bunch of kids. And only once did we need to send someone to the Time Out Blanket:
It figures it would be the boy, huh? Just kidding. That’s Christian, and he didn’t get sent to the Time Out Blanket. I just made that up. But doesn’t it look like he’s sitting in Time Out?
