This week four of our younger ones had their 6-month dental check-ups! I feel so accomplished with this…because if you remember this post….I haven’t really been all that on the ball with our dental appointments in the past (although I see that their teeth are brushed a few times a day – I’m no slacker with that, I assure you!)
Anyway, but the BIG DEAL of the DAY was that Aria, our two year old, had her very first dental check-up! She did so well! She loved it, actually. Although in her photos she looks very serious and stoic, make no mistake about it – she had a good time. You should have seen her face afterwards, when she was handed her “goodie bag” full of stuff…she was so proud to be just like the BIG kids!

She did great! Morgan recently went to her first checkup too but they made her wait till she was 5! I loved catching up with you and your kids!

Wow, I wish they had an office like that around here. Our oldest granddaughter was traumatized for years when she had her visit to the dentist ( they strapped her wrists to the arms of the chairs ( I found out later all about it) …too much to share here. Great post. so glad the experience was a positive one. Hoping your weekend is a happy one. Hugs, Katherine
She is so cute! I can’t believe how great she was with it…. I guess having all those big brothers and sisters who’ve all been there and done that helps.

Wow – she did great! My lil Benjamin just had his first, also. He did not do so well. He was fine until he saw the “pokey fingy”. Then it was a no go. he left without a goodie bag or anything. The dentist said he could have it when Benji let him look at his teeth – lol. That was fine with Ben – he just wanted the heck outa there!
