It’s Monday, and I can already tell that this week is going to bite. Being that next week is the last week of school, THIS is the week where everyone tries to cram everything into. We’ve got three school functions to attend, five birthday parties, 2 soccer try-outs for the fall season, two end-of-the-year girl scout events, one dental appointment, and one high-school sports physical. I’m exhausted just thinking about it.
Have I said before that I am looking forward to summer? Because I am. It can’t get here soon enough!
This weekend was a busy one, with soccer games, birthday parties (it seems everyone has a birthday in June!) and we had two friends spend the weekend with us, so I was up two children. Nothing got done around the house and we are swamped in clutter and disorganization. Rich gets home today after working three days in a row, so today is going to be my “catching up” day. With his help, I should get a lot done around the house.
Laundry is calling my name, so I better go. But before I do, here are some shots of a park day we had this weekend:
